Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beitak. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or placing an order.

1. Orders and Confirmation

Upon completing an order through the website, the Beitak team will contact you to confirm the order details, including:

  • Product

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Delivery Address

  • Contact Information

Beitak reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Inability to contact the customer within a reasonable period.

  • Providing incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Payment and Deposit (for Cash on Delivery orders)

For cash on delivery orders, a deposit is collected to confirm the order and begin the manufacturing or preparation process according to the following cases:

  • 10% of the order value for orders within Cairo and Giza governorates.

  • 15% of the order value for orders outside Cairo and Giza.

  • 50% of the order value for customized or modified products outside the specifications displayed on the website.

Order execution begins after confirmation of deposit receipt.

If the customer does not complete the confirmation procedures or refuses to receive the order without a reason related to a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with specifications, the customized products policy and the deposit policy outlined in these terms will apply.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 10-15 business days from the date of order confirmation and deposit receipt.

Delivery times may vary in some cases due to:

  • High volume of orders

  • Availability of raw materials

  • Delivery location

The customer will be informed of any updates during the execution process.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon order completion, based on the governorate and area of the delivery address.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Misuse

  • Damage resulting from transportation by the customer

  • Any modifications or repairs made outside Beitak's scope

6. Return and Exchange

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt only in the following cases:

  • If the product does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

  • If there is a proven manufacturing defect.

The product must be in its original condition as much as possible, and it will be inspected before accepting the return or exchange request.

Return requests are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receipt.

  • Expectation differences without a defect or non-conformity with specifications.

7. Custom Products and Modifications

If the customer orders a customized product or requests special modifications to a product outside the standard specifications displayed on the website, and then refuses to receive it without a manufacturing defect or conformity issue:

A 20% deduction will be applied to the order value.

This is because these products are manufactured or prepared based on a special request and cannot be easily resold as standard products.

8. Images, Colors, and Sizes

At Beitak, we strive to display products accurately; however:

  • Color shades may vary slightly due to different screens or lighting.

  • Final sizes and details are confirmed when the order is placed before execution begins.
